Privacy Policy
Effective October 4, 2026 · Last updated October 4, 2026
This policy explains how Campers Camp collects, uses and protects information when camps, youth programs and families use camperscamp.com and related services (the "Service").
1. Who we are
Campers Camp is operated by Foundry BLVD ("we," "us," "our"). You can reach us about privacy at any time at hello@camperscamp.com.
Camps and organizations ("Organizations") use Campers Camp to run registration for their programs. For information a family shares with an Organization through the Service (for example, a camper's medical notes), the Organization decides how it is used and we process it on the Organization's behalf. Questions about how a specific camp uses your information are best sent to that camp, and we will help them respond.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details: name, email address and phone number.
- Household and camper details that parents and guardians add: children's names, dates of birth, gender (optional), dietary needs, medical notes and emergency contacts.
- Registration choices, such as camps, weeks, field trips and add-ons.
- Waiver signatures: the typed name of the signer, the date and time, and the exact waiver text signed.
- For Organizations: organization name, camp details, staff accounts and billing information.
- Messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Sign-in and security records, such as when you sign in and changes to sensitive records.
- When you sign a waiver, the IP address and browser type, kept as evidence of the signature.
- Basic technical data needed to run the Service, such as device and browser type and error logs.
- Cookies, as described in section 5.
Information from third parties
- Payment confirmations from our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Information an Organization adds about its families, campers and staff.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: accounts, registration, waivers, rosters, cabins, reports and billing.
- To send sign-in codes, invitations, receipts and important notices about your account.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To understand and improve the Service, using analytics only if you allow it (see section 5).
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Children's information
The Service is used by adults: parents, guardians and camp staff. It is not directed to children, and children do not create accounts. Children under 13 should not use the Service.
Information about children is provided by their parent or guardian, or by an Organization the family has registered with. It is used only to register the child and keep them safe at camp. Medical notes and emergency contacts are encrypted before they are stored and are shown only to the family and to authorized staff of the Organizations the child is registered with. Every time staff view or download a medical report, it is recorded.
A parent or guardian can review, update or delete a child's information at any time from their dashboard, or by contacting us at hello@camperscamp.com.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the Service. These are required for the Service to work. With your permission, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used, and marketing cookies to measure our outreach. Analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you turn them on.
You can change your choices at any time in .
6. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- With Organizations you register with: your contact details, your campers' details, registrations, waivers and balances.
- With service providers who help us run the Service under contract, including hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and payments (Stripe).
- For legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the safety, rights or property of people using the Service.
- In a business transfer: if Campers Camp is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Organizations may keep camp records, including signed waivers, for their own record-keeping and legal needs. Security and audit records are kept to protect the Service. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. Data security
We use safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of medical notes and emergency contacts, access controls that limit each Organization to its own families, and logging of access to sensitive records. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Your rights
You can access and update most of your information from your dashboard. You can also ask us to provide, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@camperscamp.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.
